Going Back to Paper & Pencil

Three problems after a day of use:
1) What if I start, stop and then pick back up a job? My day is full of interruptions and TimeLogger is useful for this kind of jumping back & forth.

2) Why cant I enter the client, the category and the job when I START?

3) No one seems to be home at the Costmo site. The board is useless.
